A breathtaking skyline moment
Waking up to the stunning view of the city skyline was unforgettable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The king room was incredibly comfortable!
However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, with long lines that tested our patience. It could definitely use some efficiency improvements, especially for a place of this caliber.

Recently stayed at Grand Hyatt for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, featuring a lavish bathroom and stunning skyline views that made working there a pleasure. The hotel's strategic location in the financial district made commuting for meetings very convenient.

Stunning Views with Room for Improvement
I spent two nights in a Club access king room with river views, truly mesmerizing! Breakfast showcased a delightful blend of Eastern and Western options. However, the lounge felt overcrowded, affecting the experience. For a serene stay, consider visiting during quieter weekdays.
